Working with Barbara Greenman in purchasing our home in Oregon was exceptionally easy. At first we were a little apprehensive, as we live in California and were purchasing a vacation property in Oregon. We contacted Barbara as she was the listing agent for the house we were interested in seeing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Barbara was the perfect choice to help me sell my house in Newport OR. It wasn't a particularly good time to be trying to sell a home there, and she managed to find a buyer within a very short period of time. Working with Barb was interesting and fun. I was impressed with her ability to “qualify” me as a buyer in subtle ways while at the same time answering all my questions very thoroughly. I have sold seven homes in a long stretch of years. For each one, I was determined to not let the challenges of necessary actions cause stress - or, at least, a minimal amount.
